Finding Richard and using his services was the best decision we made when buying our 1st house! He made the whole process as easy and efficient as it could possibly be. We didn't feel like we were being sold to or ushered down a particular path. Richard gave us all the best options for us to choose. The service we received was, quite frankly, the epitome of going 'above and beyond'. He would always work around us and, due to my busy work schedule, we would communicate in whatever medium was easy and efficient. Out of hours and weekend text and phone conversations were the norm! He worked hard with the mortgage company to reassure them of our position and it worked as we got a really favorable rate for the best term. He gave us loads of useful advice on the house and process right the way throughout and then even gave us more than enough advice about house related matters, even after the sale had gone through! most companies would not do what he did. We were so happy, I've recommended him to my sister- in-law and my work colleagues, one of which has just completed last week! He in turn has recommended him to a further 3 current and past colleagues who are all going to get in touch soon.
