If Haart was the last estate agent on earth I would never do business with them again. Tony Mitchell is one of the most dishonest and nasty people I have ever encountered. We were strung along by Tony for over 2 months believing we would be completing on a property only to be let down at the last minute after lots of money invested in searches, survey etc. and Tony encouraged the seller to do this knowing full well we had just had a newborn baby and a 2 year old living in a tiny flat. If I was the owners I would not have him running one of my shops. I had heard negative things from friends at the start of dealing with him so I am not the only one with this opinion and I will make sure all of my friends around Welwyn and Hatfield are aware of my disgraceful treatment so they know to stay away.

Beth has been a pleasure to work with and she made the buying process of our new home so easy. She helped us understand what was happening every step of the way and her, and the team at Haart, had an excellent response time to our calls and emails. Our solicitors were slow during the buying process and Beth made sure she kept following up with them and requesting updates to make sure progress was being made and so that we wouldn't have to wait long to move in! Beth and the team did an incredible job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Stay away from Haart in Welwyn Garden City, Tony Mitchell is a compulsive liar and shouldnt be allowed to trade!
