Halfords Autocentre Welwyn Garden City

Ive waited 4 weeks to post this in the hope that one of the Halfords team would get back to me despite numerous attempts to get hold of someone. I left my car for a major Service early on the Saturday, I then received a call at 1505 asking to come pick up the car all normal protocol. Its a 30 minute drive for me to get to Welwyn Garden City Halfords - I get there at 1615. To my surprise there is no one to be seen, Halfords is locked up, not just closing completely locked and lights off meaning that they had left a lot earlier. I checked the scheduled closing time which was 1700, I went next door to the quick fit to see whether I was going mad and they informed me that everyone from Halfords had gone. They had just left the car outside in an open car park without telling me after calling me out to collect the car (also knowing that they wouldnt be in on Sunday). I would not normally write reviews but I have attempted to talk to the manager and he told me he would call me back with the information on this incident. 4 weeks later and still no call - I have tried to contact the main Halfords centre with my case number but still to no avail. A warning to anyone using this garage I would go to the garage just next door in order to ensure you dont get messed around. Service: General repairs & maintenance
