Moors Walk Surgery

I find all the staff and the doctors and nurses to have your best interest at heart I agree not everyone has a good day all of the time. considering they are dealing with people that are unwell or needing some kind of help. At the moment I have complex health needs so I'm often either on the phone or in the surgery and I can quite honestly say that the staff have always treated me with the upmost respect and consideration and have tried their best to help me or point me in the right direction . I have been with this surgery now for 3 years and believe you me there are surgeries out there that are horrendous so my advice is if you don't like the service or the way they provide that service then go to another doctor's and free up space for those who need it .

Along with the rest of the group very poor Appointment system is so badly managed you can't get to speak to a GP never mind see one and when you do it is so rushed how could they possibly diagnose any one The whole of Welwyn garden city needs to address how they deal with patients it's unacceptable and do they even read there reviews X X
