After 10 years of owning a flat and using Belvoir as our managing agents ,which cannot be faulted, Carlie was a gem to get maintenance problems sorted out, we have just sold it.Ben and Billy had prospective buyers around in days and it sold in less than a week , an amazing team and first rate agents in all areas. So very pleasant and helpful . Cannot recommend enough !

Ben, Billy, Megan and the rest of the team were absolutely excellent in all aspects of our house sale. It wasn't the simplest of sales and they were proactive, time sensitive and professional at all times. The whole team at Belvoir Welwyn are also thoroughly nice people too. Having sold many properties, they are genuinely the first estate agent I can wholeheartedly recommend with no hesitation. Go Belvoir!

Where do I even start? - highly inappropriate and ignorant comments - if you are non-Brit - 0 knowledge of the law - be ready to quote the tenancy act because they behave like they haven't seen it - take hundreds of photos of the property on the day you move in - they don't have those when it's time to move out (surprise) Honestly, I acknowledge that sometimes tenants may be difficult etc etc but I've never had to interact with so many incompetent people.

I live 35 miles away and Belvoir in St Albans have been absolutely brilliant, helping me not only let my flat but also getting the whole place sorted out with new window dressing and kitchen furniture. Sue Knott and her team have worked tirelessly without complaint and always finding an answer to the many problems we came across. I would never use anyone else.
