        Im the director of a RTM company In East London with three Omega lifts. Our lifts have been significantly more reliable since we changed from Unique Lifts. Our lift budget has reduced and Ive received far fewer resident complaints.

        Extremely rude and unhelpful. Refused to come out even when someone was stuck in the lift... took over 24 hrs for them to respond. Reported fault thurs, promised they would send someone DIDN'T n Today Saturday lift broken down. Lazy rude ignorant. Told me 'it's your charges". condescending exasperated tone every time.
