        Perfect service and perfect product ! We live abroad and needed to organise some table balloon bouquets for a special occasion in the UK. Found Shell Belles Balloons through Google and it was soo easy to WhatsApp message direct, organise and pay from a distance. Balloon displays were perfect and lasted for a second day of celebrations (latex helium). Thank-you and highly recommend

I highly recommend her to make any occasion special with her personalized gift options for birthdays and Anniversaries and much more ... Exactly like I wanted for crafted specially for my loved ones... Plz plz do book yours soon !!
