I didnt want to leave 2 stars, I wanted to leave 5. Im not local to the area, some of my family live in Hertfordshire so I was visiting. The owners only seemed friendly and welcoming to locals - I went in here to purchase live food for my Tarantulas and Iguana because I want to support small independent businesses. I was sold two tubs of livefood, one tub were ok and healthy, the other tub was poor and only had 3 alive ones but was sold to me at full price.

I thought Id update my review for the gent who seems to believe the reviewers are buddies with the stores staff and owners. This is one of the first places I go for my fussy ball python for mice/rats Ive never had any poor quality rodents. They were awesome and have a boarding service where they perfectly took care of my snake. theyre always happy to help me find a white rat/ mice. Recently my snake had a stuck eye cap and where able to help me and give me brilliant advice and information/recommendations on if it doesnt loosen a good reptile vet. I have never had an issue with anything I have brought and can see every time Im in theyre not stuck in time and are always improving. I couldnt recommend enough
