I have had an extremely positive experience with Barnet Marine. Ordered a 6Hp Suzuki, good communication and delivered promptly. I also had a fuel tank & fuel line, the latter of which had a fault. Instant response from the Company and replacement delivered in days. I would certainly recommend for all things Marine.

Rude and disinterested. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Three staff completely ignored us when we entered , despite the fact that I'd phoned ahead. They obviously had far more important things to do on their computers than to even look up! I finally got some attention when I started picking things up an and taking things apart. Even then the boss had to tell a young member of staff 3 times before he "helped" us. To be honest , he was no help at all and the boss had to reluctantly get out of his chair to talk to us. The third member of staff begrudgingly got out of his chair, again after being told twice, to look at my outboard that I wanted to part-exchange. This was done in absolute silence and I would have been completed in silence had I not crowbarred a few very short responses from him. Never again.
