Ive had nothing but good things to say about TUI but this has infuriated me. Imagine booking a holiday paying upfront then a month before your holiday finding out that the hotel youre staying in is being used for refugees. I dont believe for one second that TUI doesnt know this, Im fact they have told me on the phone that they know refugees are in the hotel but assure me they will be gone by the time we arrive. Im all for helping people I do it on a daily basis but when you book a holiday and pay good money for it you dont expect this. I feel completely let down by TUI. Lets see what happens in the next few days. Im sure my solicitor will have a field day with this but I will wait with legal proceedings and see what TUI have to say. YOU HAVE TILL THE END OF THE WEEK!!!!
