I brought a phone for battery replacement and was charged 60 pounds for it. When the phone was returned, there was some dirt under the screen and got a 10 pounds refund for it. After two days the phone started restarting in a loop. Welwyn Vapes took the phone back and after a week said they cannot fix it. They returned the phone dirty and completely broken (doesn't even turn on now) and refunded only 25 pounds.
Long story short - I left a perfectly working phone that needed a new battery, got back a completely broken phone, badly put together, covered in some glue and dirt and was charged 25 pounds for it. LOL!
What a joke. Avoid this place.
