The team are under a lot of pressure at the moment and my father requires a few specifics in his care. The team are great at maintaining a normal routine and continue to meet an exceptional level of care.
Special thanks have to go to Randika. She really is great at her job and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my fathers requirements are met.
