Very professional and helpful staff. I replaced the whole central heating and went through various options with Shane B - the branch manager. He provided invaluable suggestions at every step and I am very pleased with the end result. The staff in the showroom made a lot of effort to find the right items for me. I purchased new radiators including a designer towel rad delivered directly home. It turned out the towel rad was damaged most likely from factory and a replacement was arranged in no time.

Really nice showroom. Friendly staff and warm welcoming atmosphere. Really worth a visit, free CAD design service and see your bathroom through to a free delivery. Very happy customer

Very unprofessional lady. I had appointment booked and she kept me waiting, did not bother updating. When I asked when she would see me, she gave me time half an hour later. Unprofessional, I would go to different branch of city plumbing.
