Unlike the NHS departments, the online deals and the high street shops Catherine schedules regular updates and fine tuning to ensure the aids perform to their best ability for each client. Not just one or two visits but ongoing assessment and advice. I can honestly recommend Catherine as someone who is dedicated to helping her clients get the very best out of their aids. She has a thorough understanding of both the aesthetic aspects of the aids and the technical expertise to achieve the best audiological results. I previously used NHS hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for the past 4 years, my first pair purchased from a high-street retailer. Despite periodic re-adjustment there were still circumstance where I struggled to hear.
