I was recommended Tom through a friend in my running club. I cannot rate Tom's services enough. He is extremely knowledgable and explained everything very clearly to me. I have been to see him over 4 times with the initial issue being discomfort and restricted movement in my hip. Tom used a mixture of mobility exercises, some manipulation and deep tissue massage. My hip movement has improved massively! My last session involved a lot of manipulation on my neck to release tension there and in my shoulders. I left feeling as if all my stress had melted away.... Will definitely be going back in the future and would highly recommend Tom for rehab, injury or simply just some much needed sports massage. Thank you Tom!
