Nigel has sold 23 properties for us in Hertfordshire over the last two years. Big Black Hen is completely proactive and keeps us in the loop on the sales process. He is realistic on price so you don't end up in the doom loop loved by many agents who will overprice to get your business and then leave you to drop the price once they have you on the hook, not a good idea when presenting to the market. Unlike any other estate agent we have used, he keeps a close track of sales and the legal process ensuring he communicates with everyone. So different compared to our experience with a conversion of 12 flats and 6 houses on the South Coast, sadly outside of Big Black Hens area, where the catalogue of ineptitude led to numerous sales dropping out and just not enough attention paid to managing the complexities of conveyancing. Big Black Hen provides excellent professional service unlike any other estate agents we have dealt with. I can't express enough how much better it is to have Nigel managing a sale.

Nigel and Bobbie were fantastic from start to finish! Nigel was always enthusiastic and we knew he could sell our flat from the moment we met him. Bobbie and Nigel were always keeping us up to date on progress and feedback of viewings, and managed to get us an offer for the full asking price! I would highly recommend using Big Black Hen over larger high street estate agents, as you will get a much more personalised and stress-free experience here!

We also really admire your ethical approach to selling. It has all been very easy and stress-free (from our point of view at least!). If only all estate agents operated in a similar way. As a professional probate administrator I have been the vendor of hundreds of probate properties over the years. Subsequently I have dealt with many firms of estate agents; the good, the bad and the ugly. I can therefore speak with some authority here when I state that Big Black Hen is probably the best estate agent I've dealt with.
