Had an appointment with a with a guy called SCOTT he went above and beyond to insure my daughter got the right upgrade phone for her .. he also checked that I'm on the phone tariff for my mobile.. an excellent expert on customer service.. I would leave 10 plus more stars but only can leave 5 ...
