Josh saved the day! Our boiler broke down on us and with two very young children this was not ideal in the peak of winter. He came within the hour despite it being very close to the end of the working day. Josh found the problem, fixed it and we are all warm again! Very impressed and think we've found our 'Go-to man'. Josh has done 2 jobs for me: The first was to service our aging boiler. He arrived on time and was very obliging and efficient, telling us that, although it hadn't been done in 2 years, it was very clean and working well. The second job required replacing a motorised valve. Again Josh was prompt, efficient and obliging, and even took a little time to look at a radiator that wasn't working. Lastly, I found Josh to be very honest and trustworthy, charging the estimated cost of the job quoted.
