        Disgusting service , trying to get through on the phone is ridiculous sat on hold for over 20 minutes so gave up and went in to make a appointment only to be told I need to call. ABUSULOTE JOKE

        I've been at this practice since birth 66yrs ago & I'm VERY PLEASED to say things have improved enormously over the past couple of years despite Covid & all the horrors it has brought to us and the staff at the surgery. We must all appreciate the extra pressures put upon all the staff at the surgery. All the doctors & nurses have family's as we do, only they are in direct contact with people turning up at the surgery with Covid! We must learn that having a cold doesn't need the doctor, go see your pharmacist or better still "grow up & deal with it yourself" If you have underlying conditions contact the practice nurse or dial 101 for advice. We need to be better health educated to free up our doctors & surgeries. Thank you Hall Grove Surgery for 66yrs of professional care and attention from the front desk, Nurses & Doctors you are ALL APPRECIATED. Jon Spencer.
