        Where do I start. Wether it's children or adults that want to learn. James & dom are amazing. My kids do both bjj and kick boxing. They are so engaging with people and it doesn't matter if you haven't got a clue or are experienced. this is a place for all levels and ages. Honestly I've never seen people care so much about what they teach. Also it's very good for discipline. My kids love going and are more respectful and caring towards people since going. They don't just teach you to fight. They teach you the respect of the art. Just go once and you wont leave i assure you. Never seen a club run this way with so much care and kindness. Big thank you to dom & James
