During one of the most stressful and frustrating times of my life, I approached Judicare with quite a desperate plea for help. I got an immediate response from one of the partners who sounded sympathetic and made all the right noises. I actually felt like this company could be the answer to my problems. It was the summer, and he explained that they were on skeleton staff until the beginning of September, when everyone would be back, so he would get back to me properly then to discuss my case. So a month went by and September came...and went. I contacted him to ask if he'd had chance to discuss my case with his colleagues. No reply. I then emailed again, asking him to confirm whether or not he intended to take my case, because if not, I'd have to find another solicitor. No reply. I run a small business myself and would never dream of being this unprofessional. To ghost a potential client?! For a company with the word 'care' in their name, they've shown to do quite the opposite in my case. They've now cost me another two months which the partner was fully aware I could not afford to waste. Had 'no stars' been an option, that's what I would have given. Thanks for nothing, Judicare.
