I love these guys, their floggers are amazing, they have the perfect balance and look stunning. Bought a pair of padded cuffs from them aswell and they are very comfortable and i received my order very swiftly, i cant praise them enough! If you are into BDSM then you should definitely check out their stuff.

Flogger ordered on 12th for delivery in France, received on 15th, right on time for the play party (I actually added a quick note on the order form). The color of the flogger is a bit different from the website picture (From ordered dark blue to received peacock blue), but I'm personally fine with it. Quality is pretty good, could be better but linked to the money I've spent! Good ratio price/quality/delay. I recommend.

AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - POORLY MADE & TERRIBLY CHEAP QUALITY ITEMS!!!! Paid 65 (Had a 35 price tag on it!!), for a brown marble handle flogger for an important event, Rouge Garments sent a black version instead of brown. Company not concerned that they ruined my plans and I had to wait for replacement (after the event), that was so POORLY MADE it was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Most of the very cheap and thin faux looking leather tassels were cut very poorly along the cuts and had several fronds/burrs on the ends and sides due to being cut so poorly. The leather was also incredibly wrinkled and crinkled from being shoved in a box. No discernible marble grain on the handle like advertised in the website pictures. Requested full marble grain twice, but was sent ones that looked like man made granite instead of marble!? Incapable of selecting the colour you selected on website, a simple task. They ignore specific requests regarding finishes, poorly constructed cheap Chinese-unbranded-like items, glue residue showing around handle, leather finish coming off in areas. Some retailers are no longer stocking this brand due to exceedingly poor quality control! More retailers will follow suit no doubt as this is our 3rd POOR EXPERIENCE with Rouge Garments and they are attempting to pass off cheap items as premium items!!! 1.5 months and still awaiting refund! AVOID!!! Do not recommend!!
