I had a very positive experience in dealing with Thibiha and HRJ in sorting out Mum's Power of Attorney. Thibiha was willing to come out to see Mum and even visited her in a care home in order to ensure all the information and procedures needed were correctly adhered to. Thibiha was always polite and informative and was responsive to any queries I raised. She is also very easy and pleasant to work with.
