Fat Jacks

Absolutely awful. The order turned up on time, but was stone cold. All of it. The chips were so over cooked you couldnt eat them, because if you tried they cut into the roof of your mouth. The chicken strips tasted like cold cooking oil with garlic, and I imagine the burger wouldve been lovely had it been hot. The really sad thing about it is, that when fat jacks first opened all them years ago, it was THE best takeaway in the tri town area. Now its the worst. Unfortunately thats down to the current so called kitchen manager, who I wont name here, but has absolutely no clue about customer satisfaction, no love for his job and couldnt care less whether your orders correct or not. Seriously, find somewhere to order from, youll be doing yourself a favour

Food was hot when delivered, quick delivery and really good quality food , not a bad word to be said
