I was looking to convert an existing unused space into a games room, incorporating a pool table and bar. From the beginning I found Audrey to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. After a detailed discussion on requirements and preferences, her proposed design was excellent. We always had a dark, dusty loft which we could use half of for storage, and it was an ongoing frustration that we couldnt see a way to make it work better. Thankfully we got the chance to work with Audrey and she very quickly came up with a couple of great ideas for how we could not just get more storage, but make the loft a light, accessible and functional space for us to use for so much more. Her knowledge of planning and building reg requirements was so important to enable us to make the right decision, and once we had done so Audrey used our inputs to design and deliver an incredible space for our family. We now have a light and bright new room, with storage built into one of the eaves, space for a desk and a snug for the little ones, plus a great open space for train tracks and Lego, and finally at the end somewhere the kids can go and watch TV or play computer games. The whole process could not have been easier for me, Audrey gave us great options and explanations, from colours to prices to materials, dealt directly with the tradesmen and helped make the experience as painless as it could be. I couldnt recommend Audrey highly enough, and the outcome has been better than we imagined in every way. Service: Refurbishment
