We were very satisfied with the purchase of equipment from Binding Store. We received more than we expected, a machine in a very good working condition, very clean and very carefully packed. I greatly appreciated the support given by sending the operating manuals, spare parts and electrical diagrams.

(10th Feb '23) Contacted Binding Store regarding a used binder for 800+ pending a refurb on the unit which I agree'd to and was ready to pay on the spot, which they declined until work was complete. I was told they'd be in touch once the work is complete the next week.... (14th March '23) I send an email asking where we were at with progress as I had heard nothing, I was told a part was delayed and that the part was despatched from Renz on that day, coincidental....(14th April '23) Once again another month later and no contact from them. I contacted them today to once again state its been a month with no progress or contact. Terrible sales service, would avoid

Been dealing with the team at Binding Store for over 10 years now since we bought our office binding machine and have always found their service to be very efficient. Our binding wires and covers are always delivered very quickly and at a competitive price. Cant fault the service offered.

We have been buying from The Binding Store for years and Russel always goes out of his way to help. He's provided us with hard to get discontinued product that has kept our production flowing as well as great value on our day to day stuff. Brilliant service from a great supplier, we wish all our suppliers were as helpful.
