I have had the same stylist here for over a year and all was good. However, something went wrong with my last cut and my hair just wouldn't go right. I rang the salon and explained the problem. There was just one appointment left with my stylist that week, so I booked in. When I arrived, it was not a good start as they were actually in the middle of cutting someone else's hair - what happened to my appointment?? They obviously had no time for me. My hair was sprayed wet despite having product in it and a few bits were cut off. I asked for my heavy, blunt cut fringe to be sharpened up but little care was taken - 3 quick snips and that was it. I was back on the street within 10 minutes. Unsurprisingly, the cut was no better and I had to tidy the fringe myself. I was made to feel unwelcome and a nuisance - I won't be returning.
