Had a physio session with Hana in the Welwyn Anytime branch and i was really impressed by the quality of service. After a short conversation on my goals and gym habits, my posture was checked. Then she advised me on what i needed and more importantly what i didnt need to work on. I was shown a variety of new exercises, which she wrote down. Hana was very encouraging and personable, even when i didnt have i clue about some of the new exercises shown, I didnt feel embarrassed. Now im able to focus on the neglected parts on my routine in confidence. Would highly recommend Hanas services.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage done by Hanna. She is really good, has power in her hands and is an expert in her job. She knew exactly which places on my back needed more work, during the massage. I will be definitely coming back and couldnt recommend her more!

I've been suffering chronic back, shoulder and hip pain for most of my life. When I was approached by Hana, therapist at MibodyX about seeing me for therapy, I was skeptical because I'd had a lot of therapy at various places in the past and no one had been able to make any real progress with me. Hana has been very professional, has made the therapy relaxing and has made an immediate impact on my pains after only a few sessions! I couldn't recommend her service enough! I'm slowly becoming pain free and I look forward to my next session because Hana is professional, friendly and passionate about what she does which shows in her work.
