        Best bodybuilding gym in the local area by a long way. Huge variety of equipment dumbells upto 90kgs... nautilus machines etc. The cleanliness and tidiness is what really surprised me it's immaculate. Everyone put thier weights away exactly where they got them

        Having just joined - first and foremost - Gordon (manager) is simply amazing. Nothing is ever too much and a credit to FOH. The gym is outstanding - and lots of new kit for me to get my teeth into. Cant wait.
