I feel over and found this lovely urgent care centre in welwyn green. I was seen by a lovely gentlemen called Brian, his mannerisms was amazing. I was so bowled over by this hospitals staff for the start to finish, I thought I had to write a review. Nhs at present is a mess but this team has restored my faith in the system. Keep up the good work.

Great experience in urgent care today. Especially when referred upstairs to Ambulatory Care. Communication between nurses & doctors was great and I felt like I wasnt hanging around unnecessarily. Staff were very pleasant and great with my 2 year old who I had with me. Many thanks

Do not use their Physiotherapy & Muscoskeletal services! I sustained ankle ligament tears in both feet around 1 years ago and both departments haven't done enough to identify why I'm still in pain. If you ask to be thoroughly scanned they will dismiss your requests, until they give up and hand you over to another department. So when I finally had an ultrasound scan it confirmed there were ligament tears, and the muscoskeletal doctor's genius plan was to send me back to the same physio team who gave up on me once already after their physiotherapy hadn't worked. Because of all this I've had no choice but to demand another opinion as to what to do, which is why I am currently under investigation at Spire Harpenden. If QEII had acted more efficiently and discovered how severe my injury was in the first place, who knows, I might not have a bad word to say about them, but they are the reason I still suffer pain physically and emotionally!
