Ordered a box of sweets for a new years celebration 9 days prior to the expected delivery date. Nothing was delivered. I phoned and emailed SIX times the next day, hoping to find out what happened to the delivery. But despite several reassurances from their telephone answering service, no-one bothered to respond to my emails or calls. 4 generations of my family have ordered from Ambala, but no more. They ruined the centrepiece of a family celebration and didn't even have the grace to respond in a timely fashion.

I really like ordering from Ambala, their food is fresh, they do try and accommodate any requests I have made. Delivery is good and done with care.
