This is the first time I have used Perfect Moment Florist. My friend lives in the area and I wanted to send some flowers for her 50th Birthday. The lady that answered the phone was warm and friendly and listened to what I wanted and made it a straight forward process. The flowers and balloon was delivered on time on my friends Birthday and they was gorgeous. My friend was over the moon and made her day very special. Not being familiar with Welwyn Gardens, I rung Perfect Moment Florist to order an orchid, instead of ordering online . Im so pleased I did. Samantha was so lovely. She was very helpful looking up the post code, converting the pounds to Australian dollars, so that I knew exactly what I was spending and did not rush me with my choices. I really felt at ease. The flowers arrived safely at their destination and were well received. Samantha also sent me an email with a photo of the orchid. Great service. Great people skills. Thank you Samantha.

Really enjoyed the Christmas wreath making class. Lovely welcoming atmosphere and great guidance/materials given to leave with a stunning personalised wreath. The mulled wine was a lovely touch too :)
