        Absolutely delighted with the finished result from Majestic Carpets who cleaned our part silk nepalis rug. The rug was 14 years old and cream and had had to withstand the traffic of teenagers and dogs and cats and now grandchildren. It looks brand new ! Thank you for efficient communication, collection and professional approach . Will definitely use again and the fact that the service included collection and return is fantastic.         I had a large wool rug cleaned by Majestic Carpets. The rug was picked up as arranged and taken away for cleaning. It took over three weeks for its return, but it was well worth the wait. The 18 year old rug looks and feels like new. The pile and colour has returned and the fringes are no longer tangled and grubby! I am delighted with it. Arrangements for pick up and drop off were made by email, communication was excellent for this (better than leaving a message on the phone which triggered an automatic acknowledgement but no further update). Thanks to all the staff involved
