        Once a loyal customer - never again. Was told what my fee was over the phone, then was charged extra when coming to pay the bill for a service I didn't ask for and didn't even know was being done during my checkup, and wasn't made aware this was an extra cost. What's worse, is that the receptionist was extremely rude when I questioned this and needs a serious check on her attitude and how to handle clients professionally.
