Cant recommend enough for nervous patients. Had some treatment that I was dreading and putting off. It was all made as easy as possible and now feel much more confident for next time!

In common with so many people in Welwyn Garden City, I have been a patient with this dental practice for several years and have always received the most excellent treatment. Just recently Kalpesh Chauhan has done totally amazing work replacing my very old and cracked fillings. I am delighted with the result and so appreciate the dental care provided by this practice.

I cannot praise the staff enough, the incredibly nice receptionists, Paul who came in early to help me with my painful tooth, everyone who went out of there way to help me as quickly and efficiently as possible. And finally Hollie the hygienist who not only is clearly skilled at what she does but can also identity aftershave without any help! Thank you everyone at Garden City Dental, see you in 6 months.

Complete dentist fear! Came to see Lincoln and Jean twice within a week and have another session booked. Honestly cannot express how amazing they are! From someone that was awake 3 nights before the dentist having severe anxiety I now feel relaxed (well as much as can be!) and confident that each appointment will go smoothly. They took the time to understand my triggers and made adaptions to make me feel calmer. (Poor Jean takes the brunt!) You never feel rushed or pressured and they talk through exactly what they are doing. I never leave reviews on anything (oops!) but they are honestly amazing and deserve this one! If you have dentist anxiety you genuinely need to book in here!!

I would like to share my experience as a very nervous person when it comes to any dental work. Due to my anxiety I avoided seeing the dentist for over 20 years even when I had dental issues I just put up with the issues and managed the best I could. Until recently when I had a decayed tooth that subsequently got infected I knew I had no choice but to bite (pardon the pun) the bullet and go see someone. After reading the reviews for Garden City Dental from people just like me (nervous) I thought, well this is the best place for me to visit. I have had 3 procedures by Kalpesh so far, I am not going to say they were days in the park but with the help of Kalpesh it certainly has been a lot easier than I expected. Kalpesh is very calming and has my anxiety issues at the forefront with his approach to me and the work that I need doing. I would also like to make a point for the entire staff at the practice, they are a bunch of lovely and considerate people that make you feel calm. All I can finish with if you are unsure and nervous about seeing any dental practice I can say that Garden City Dental is the place for you. Trust me as a patient that is terrified of any dental work this is the place for you!
