Terrible service, I complained about my black mould and damp in December and still not being sorted out even though had a inspector out in January , its on ceiling of all our bedrooms espour children's rooms. I keep complaining but they don't seem bothered. I clean it but it just returns

If I could give a zero I would, housing treat young vulnerable young men who need housing in a disgusting way. They have no empathy for people suffering with mental health problems. You should be ashamed of yourselves not looking after people that were born in Welwyn Hatfield.

Make crazy decisions on traffic systems around WGC town centre that cause congestion, ignore any concerns of local people during consultations. Ignore queries forwarded by residents. Do whatever they want regardless.

We have been trying to pay our council tax debt but it never goes through. The council never answer the phone or answer emails literally ever. There's never clear instructions on how to actually pay things correctly. We have proof of emailing and phoning multiple times yet never an answer. What are we supposed to do?
