        I'd give them zero if I could. They are terrible turn up when not expecting them or don't turn up when your waiting for them. When they do turn up and suppose to do the job you find out afterwards that the issue isnt solved. They really dont care and are not professional. You receive these text messages out of the blue to say there coming and if you can't be there for them you try to contact them to re arrange it is a absolute nightmare to speak to anyone

        If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I have had problems in my rental property for over 3 years now and I have to email constantly to get anyone out to look at the job, only for them to delegate it to another person who then doesn't show up and you are then left to repeat the same process. When calling customer service to sort the issue your either get disconnected or put back through to the main menu to repeat the process again, or to be told the job is raised for another date

        Wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Rude and absolutely useless. 4 months waiting for basic repairs with multiple dates scheduled in. Only for nobody to turn up even with receiving confirmation they're coming. They just say they have no knowledge of it.
