        MY HUSBAND RUNS A SMALL CLEANING COMPANY AND WAS HIRED BY TOTAL SOLUTIONS ON BEHALF OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND AS A RESULT OF HIS CARPET CLEANING SERVICE THE CARPETS DIDNT NEED REPLACING AND THE CLIENT WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME, SAVING THE INSURANCE COMPANY A LOT OF MONEY. HOWEVER DESPITE MANY REQUESTS AND THE AMOUNT OWED BEING A RELATIVELY SMALL AMOUNT TOTAL SOLUTIONS HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE SERVICE. AS A SMALL BUSINESS THIS IS EXTREMELY UNFAIR AND A VERY BAD BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. We have now been informed that this company is now in administration!!
