Carley + her team (Annette, Craig & Kostas) in short were excellent! Carley provided great customer services when I was sourcing quotes. She was highly responsive and personable. It wasn't really a question of rates as others were cheaper but customer service was non-existent. She won the job hands down as I wanted someone who would be happy to take instruction, be friendly, professional & reliable. Her team did a deep clean of our new home and our rental. They made it easy, for me to handover access and just got on with the work. They also accommodated a last minute decision on my part to shampoo the carpets in both properties though not done on the same day. Carley is a very friendly, professional lady. I used these services as I had a dreadful tenant who left my house in a terrible condition. The price was very reasonable, Carley and her team of cleaners descended on the day and just transformed the house completely. They worked in the really hot weather with no complaints or moaning. Each and everyone of them was friendly and very accommodating. When the agent saw the results he was amazed and very impressed. I would highly recommend this really efficient and friendly team. They even sent the professional carpet man straight back the next day because I wanted an extra carpet cleaned. Well done Carley you brought the house back to its former glory. Top class. Had the first of my regular cleans yesterday and Barbara went above and beyond to do a great job from the start; so much more thorough than Ive had before. Cleaned behind furniture, cleaned skirting boards, everything was sparkling. Not only are Carley and Barbara very professional but theyve been friendly and helpful since I first got in touch. Carley and her team are just brilliant. Very friendly. The attention to detail was second to none. We are really happy and can feel the difference once this two bed flat was cleaned by Carley and her team. Carley had just not left our flat squeaky cleaned, but she also gave us few tips for general maintenance , tidiness and cleanliness of our kitchen appliances and bath-room fixtures.
