Health & Vitality Centre has been amazing and very professional with our Family, My Daughter would have not been able to carry on playing rugby if it wasnt for their help. Staff is very friendly and it didnt matter who we saw we always receive the same treatment and satisfaction. Highly recommend their services.

Back to visit H&VC again today for my 6 weekly check up. With my son for his 3 monthly check up too! Great service with the team as always. We have been seeing Paula for a while now and its not just go in get treated off you pop. Its a whole body/lifestyle check! Amazing service as always. Thank you

Helen has been amazing from my first diagnosis when I was in severe pain, couldn't straight up and was using crutches to get about to this week running on a treadmill, swimming and playing a tennis match. Next step is increasing training levels to go back to playing Masters Hockey. As well as being great at her job, she's very interested in what I'm doing sport and activity wise but also discovering we both love ice cream. I look forward to our sessions knowing that each time I'm moving a step closer to my goals. Diolch /Thank you Helen!

I am currently being treated for back pain. I was recommended the health and Vitality Centre from a friend and would definitely recommend again. All the team are so lovely warm and welcoming. Very helpful. I see Paula who is my chiropractor. She is brilliant informative and makes you feel very at ease. The waiting room is full of such lovely monthly updated health information but also personal touches of a bit of back ground on the team. Very personalised. It's a lovely friendly calm environment. Thank you.
