Had ribs which are deep fried not baked but god alone knows what they were fried in as the aftertaste is awful (gopping as the old Army phrase went). I think they bake them first then whack them in the fryer to order from the freezer as no Chef would allow this to leave theor kitchen !!!
Chips (and I know I have not gone traditional) tasted like they had been cooked yesterday then kept warm to the point ALL moisture had been removed.
Next time I think I'm hungry I'll make a sandwich of cardboard and wood paste and save myself a trip....
