Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Welwyn, Hertfordshire

Was worried to leave my boy in a cattery but Longcroft is amazing. The care the cats receive is second to none. Will not leave him anywhere else now.

Abi at Longcroft went above and beyond for our boy Lando who was having his first cattery stay. Nothing was too much, she sorted a vet visit and even private transfer to another Longcroft site when he needed to stay in longer than expected. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you so much Abi!!

Was really happy to get a place at very short notice. Lovely suite so clean and airy! Great to receive daily up dates and photos of a very happy kitten!! Would definitely recommend !!

I absolutely loved how they took care of my kittens. They had a really long trip and one of them is a very needy cat that needs meds and she took care of everything. They also took care of sending someone to the airport to pick them up. The best part is that they give you frequent updates, and is such a relief to see them happy! I super recommend this Cat Hotel for any situation in which you need to leave your cats with someone. The staff is super lovely, empathetic and caring!
