We cant recommend Ali enough! We have a nervous rescue cat and she made us feel so reassured, with regular updates. He had clearly made a friend when we returned :) Really nice facilities and we even got a leaving goodie bag. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ali!

My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!

Our cat Vinnie stayed here in feb 2019 and it was the first time leaving him for more than half a day. I was gutted to leave him but felt comforted that he would be so happy and comfy in the amazing suites here! We got regular updates from Ali with photos of vinnie looking chilled and happy. The only downside is how Longcroft is always fully booked so prepare to book well in advance! :-)

This is a truly wonderful place run by an amazing kind and empathetic lady. Much as we all hate to leave our pets in a strange place she makes it a second home
