        Paid for an appointment but were not even offered water, let alone tea, coffee or prosecco. Personally I am very disappointed that my daughter found the dress she most liked here. I would rather the money had gone to one of the other bridal boutiques who had looked after us so much better.

        Oh my goodness. This shop from the start just blew me away. Visited twice before I said yes to the dress but chose the first dress I tried on. Marissa, Bethany and all the ladies were absolutely amazing and they even opened up the shop for me for an evening appointment so I could attend. Just wonderful start to finish and I cant wait to wear my Sophia Tolli gown thank you so much birdcage bridal x
