Took my bike in to repair a damaged brake, excellent service and also gave the bike an inspection. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, highly recommended.

I'm local to kinetic, but that doesn't take away from the whole reason I shop there. Every time I've been there, It has been a genuine pleasure to purchase from there, I feel as though I'm being told what I need as apposed to what is the most expensive and popular at the time. The right questions are asked and that leads to a happy purchase! I've walked in with the intent on buying silly priced things, and walked out with better products for me and at lesser prices than willing to be spent. Got my bike serviced a while back - price was a bit steep, had mudguards installed at the same time. Didnt realise till now that they were literally attached with a sticky Velcro which has come off already and Ive only ridden it on the road a couple of times poor quality really

Took my bike in today the 20th of jan to get a puncture repaired didn't catch the gentlemans name who i dealt with but can highly recommend this shop brilliant service and bike sorted in less than 20mins brilliant service
