        Online part has a bug. You can get support only on mobile part - not on desktop. I received support 6h after I asked for it and obviously wasn't around! So now I am in queue again. In parallel, trying telephone banking - currently in the queue for 45mins! Considering visiting branch but apparently full services branches are not exactly available! Instead they have digital ones that are basically providing you a computer and somebody advises you how to use it. I can't understand how can this be legal?

        6 hour day, talk about an easy life. Pathetic hours for people who do a days work and need to get in the bank.
