        There is a lady called Leane is very rude and as of the times I have been in barclays in my own opinion and experience the lady is racist, she deliberately miss lead me. The service is so poor I feel like closing my account. To this day its been five days and my quiry has not been solved.

        If I could give zero stars, that's what you deserve. What truly awful service. I waited 1 1/2 hours to see an advisor to arrange a transfer in of a cash ISA and then was told the advisor did not have the authority to help. I left, no transfer done, and now will take my business to another provider. Why anyone deals with Barclays is beyond me.

        Useless! The service is ok if you get it but what Barclays fails to clearly disclose is that there is only one transaction window in this facility and it's open only until 2pm Mon to Fri. Because of this, you are either standing in a long queue (in the middle of a working day!) or not able to accomplish anything that you can't do online from the comfort of your home. Unless the operating hours for the transaction window are extended substantially, I don't see a point of this branch existing at all.
