        very poor opening hours make life difficult for customers

        Bring back the old branch manager Winston actually understands his local customers needs this was a 5 star branch now 1 star I honestly can't believe how out of touch someone is at santander to move him

        Okay in general as a bank but if you need to visit the branch the opening hours are terrible, and be prepared to queue (especially around lunch time)

        First off, they aren't open on Saturdays which is wild. Secondly, when they are open you wish they weren't. Also the automatic doors once closed on me, trapping my shirt and we couldn't get them to open again until a member of staff hit an emergency opening button. Not really their fault but it was funny.
