        I contacted happy Baloon last minute when I had been left down for my sister's engagement party. We literally only had about 2 hours left for the party to start and Naz was totally amazing. She came through last minute and set up the most beautiful baloon deco for us. Everyone was admiring how lovely it was done. Would definitely recommend Naz. Thank you so so much for helping out last minute and putting the best finishing touch to our event deco.
