        I've had an awful time with this company and am now having to pursue a formal complaint with the ombudsman. It took two attempts to install the hearth correctly and we've been left with an irreparably damaged carpet. Customer service has been appalling. Avoid.

        What an amazing company from going to look round the showroom to the completion of wood burner being fitted every part was completely stressless and always had so much time for us what ever question we asked. As for the fitting team, what a great bunch of lads, totally professional and very polite. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else when we visit again about having a log burner fitted in conservatory. Thanks again team. Just had our second stove fitted by this faultless company, excellent service as before from start to finish,thanks guys will always highly recommend you

        A professional service with caring staff. I have had 2 stoves fitted by Ignite and both times they have over and beyond to provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend Ignite to anyone considering a stove.

        Excellent from start to finish. Professional and high quality work, nothing was too much trouble for Dean and the Ignite team. We live in Welton so were able to pop into the showroom on a regular basis, we were in there so often we almost felt part of the team! We were customers who knew exactly what we wanted and the Ignite team made sure we got the fire and fireplace we wanted - which wasn't easy as we had a very clear vision but Ignite made it happen ! We are absolutely delighted with the service we received and our Contura I5 log burner and bespoke Lincolnshire Limestone fireplace - it is beautiful and has made a huge difference to our house. Can't recommend Ignite highly enough. Thanks guys. Pete and Judith Duxbury

        Dreadful fitting and customer service, left me with a damaged hearth and cracked plaster around the lintel of the fire opening. Left work debris and even pieces of razor sharp angle bead on my driveway, buckets of mortar and tools left and not a word or communication why. I had a terrible time with this company . I would suggest spending your hard earned money elsewhere
